Crop Agreement

Please read this agreement carefully. Your acceptance is required to participate in the chemical residue-free crop procurement program.

By accepting this agreement, I acknowledge that I am participating in the chemical residue-free and regenerative farming project led by Agwise AI Technology Pvt. Ltd. I agree to cultivate my crops exclusively using the inputs, biological products, and practices approved by the company, as detailed in the Package of Practices available in the RegenCrops App. I undertake to request prior written or app-based approval before using any agrochemicals in emergencies, and I will record every farming activity - including input usage, pest management, irrigation, and harvesting - through the app to ensure full traceability. I will allow company representatives and field facilitators to inspect my field at any stage, and I commit to maintaining clean water sources and following sustainable practices prescribed by the company.

I understand that only produce proven to be chemical residue-free, as determined under national and EU standards by accredited laboratory testing at SGS Labs or Intertek Labs, will be accepted and procured by the company. If my harvested crop is found to contain chemical residues exceeding permissible limits, the company may reject my produce. I will bear all risks and costs related to such rejected produce, including storage, transport, and disposal, as per company instructions. I further accept that payment for any approved product will be made within 15 days of receiving laboratory results and confirmation of compliance.

All crop data and records submitted through the RegenCrops App will remain confidential and be used by the company only for traceability, certification, and continuous improvement of the project. Any instance of using unapproved inputs, neglecting prescribed practices, or failing to document activities truthfully in the app will result in a breach of contract, making me ineligible for procurement and related benefits for the season. Disputes arising from this agreement will be settled in accordance with Indian law through arbitration at Hyderabad.
